This book was specially commissioned to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the completion of the Bombay High Court Building. The building, designed by British engineer J.A. Fuller, had its first court sitting in January 1879 although the court itself was established on August 14, 1862 . According to Ms Dwivedi, few people know that the building was inspired by a European castle. The contruction of 80,000 square feet took six years to complete. The high point of the book is, without doubt, the exceptional photography.
